We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager to join us to focus on the Queensland market. This
full-time hybrid
role will focus on delivering new business growth across several aligned solutions including managed mobility, networking and security, collaboration and calling. With a strong focus on managed service and professional services.
Responsibilities:

Identify and target high-potential organisations
in imei's target market (generally mid-large enterprises with 250+ connected users) that would benefit from our product and service suite.
·
Researching and prioritising
specific verticals or segments (e.g. energy, government, healthcare, mining, retail, transport, utilities…) and key decision-makers within those organisations.
·
Represent imei
at industry events, trade shows, and webinars. Attend relevant conferences and networking events (to meet new contacts and enhance imei's brand presence.

Conduct persuasive
demos and discussions that address the prospect's pain points and clearly articulate how imei's solutions can solve those problems
·
Negotiate terms and pricing
within the guidelines provided, aiming to craft proposals that deliver value to the client while achieving imei's commercial objectives.

Consistently update forecasts
; if pipeline gaps exist, formulate corrective action plans. Also, monitor industry trends and competitor offerings, reporting noteworthy changes that could affect our go-to-market approach.
Attributes & competencies that we are looking for:
· Over 2 years' experience or exposure to Telecommunications sector, consistently exceeding KPIs and performance targets
· Skilled in lead generation through social media, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms, with a strong emphasis on pipeline development and management
· B2B sales experience with developed network of ICT decision maker contacts
· Understanding of Managed Services and value based over product based sales is essential
· Demonstrated success in selling and delivering technology projects to enterprise and government clients
· Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and drive outcome
· Ability to sell alongside trusted partners
