About the Role

* Key Responsibilities
* Deliver assessments and counseling to individuals experiencing sudden changes in career goals and circumstances
* Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new career paths
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop, implement, and monitor programs to facilitate injured employees' return to work
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured workers and educate employers on the benefits of good work practices

Our Expectations
">
* You will have a tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology and be registered with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC
* You will possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as an innovative mindset
