An exciting opportunity has arised for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Business Manager to join our high-performing sales team.
Requirements of the position
* Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and consultative manner
* Achieve finance penetration, insurance and profitability targets
* Prepare and submit finance applications accurately and efficiently
* Maintain strong relationships with lenders and business partners
* Ensure full compliance with all financier and regulatory requirements
* Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience
* Support the sales team to maximise dealership performance
* Maintain accurate customer records and reporting through dealership systems
* Assist with the settlement of vehicle purchases
* Provide support to the Sales and Finance team as required
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance processes
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
* Professional presentation and customer-first attitude
* 100% compliance with all relevant financiers and current accreditation requirements
* Valid WA drivers Licence
