Administrative Assistant
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, professional, and highly organised Administrative Assistants to join our Business Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
* Welcome and assist visitors to the College.
* Maintain accurate data records.
* Provide high‐quality customer service to staff, students, and families.
* Assist with basic printing processes as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
* Sound understanding of office administration systems and procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
* Motivated and self‐directed with strong organisational skills.
Working Conditions
This is an ongoing, permanent, full‐time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
