We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Support professional to join a fast-paced and growing real estate office based in Norwest Business Park.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous real estate administration and accounts support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys assisting both the Property Management and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administration support
* Accounts support
* Processing receipts
* Entering invoices
* Transferring rents from Property Tree to tenancies
* Paying bills
* Managing water, council rates, and taxes
* Liaising with tradespeople
* Supporting the PM & Sales teams with overflow duties
About You:
* 12 months experience in real estate administration or accounts is essential
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office
* Experience with Property Tree is highly regarded
The Opportunity:
* $70,000 plus superannuation
* Monday to Friday
