Overview
The Executive Support Officer provides comprehensive executive assistance to the Executive Director, senior officers, and managers of the Minerals and Northern Compliance branch. The role also supports branch governance and business services, including finance, human resources, and workplace health and safety initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Manage calendars and inboxes for senior staff.
* Coordinate correspondence and oversee communication flow within the branch.
* Arrange and coordinate travel to ensure seamless arrangements.
* Provide general executive support and respond to time‐sensitive requests.
* Assist in the implementation of governance processes for the branch.
* Support business services functions such as finance administration.
* Contribute to human resources and workplace health and safety initiatives.
* Demonstrate agility and innovative thinking in a fast‐paced environment.
