Digital Content System Specialist

Location

Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Contract

12‐month contract/secondment opportunity.

Role Summary

Work across various insurance product lines to manage and perform updates to the Suncorp Group websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and connected applications. Drive improvements to internal systems, optimise sites for sales conversion and customer experience, and support best‐practice content management.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Insurance Digital team and other digital and technology teams to optimise the Group websites for sales conversion and best customer experience.
* Work with stakeholder and partner teams to support timely updates of existing and new content on the Suncorp website.
* Provide advice on the most efficient delivery of website changes to ensure cost‐effective and timely implementation.
* Share information regarding the status of website requests to keep stakeholders well informed.
* Collaborate with members of the Suncorp content management community to share learnings and implement best practices.
* Show strong leadership and support to peers in managing workload, sharing thought leadership, and focusing on continuous improvement.

About You

* Experience or training on the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
* Working knowledge of Content Fragment (CF) and Experience Fragments (XF).
* Working knowledge of Adobe Forms.
* Working knowledge of the Universal Editor in AEM.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Edge Delivery Services.
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other Creative Cloud applications.
* Experience working to deadlines in complex environments.
* Adobe certification desired.
* Working knowledge of web technologies HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
* Sound understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and web best practices.
* Experience with QA of web experiences and new software functionality desirable.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean principles highly regarded.
