We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Design and Technology teacher committed to supporting the growth of every student. You will engage with the school community, reflect on your teaching, and use evidence-based approaches to meet diverse student needs.
In this role, you may have the opportunity to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a diverse student cohort, working across areas such as woodwork, metalwork, and engineering. The position may involve fostering an inclusive environment that supports students in reaching their full potential, using evidence-based teaching and differentiation strategies to enhance learning outcomes. You may also be encouraged to reflect on and refine your teaching practice as part of ongoing professional growth. Building positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community is valued, along with contributing to the promotion of the school's values, ethos, and priorities.
