Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and negotiating property sales, liaising with vendors and purchasers, conducting inspections, and supporting clients throughout the sales process while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
* Arrange property inspections and conduct open homes for prospective purchasers
* Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and suitable sales strategies
* List properties for sale and prepare advertising material across online and other media channels
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients
* Negotiate property sales and contract terms between vendors and purchasers
* Prepare property presentations, sales proposals, and related documentation
* Coordinate with solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders during property transactions
* Maintain records of listings, enquiries, contracts, and settlement progress
* Monitor local property market trends and competitor activity
* Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement
* Ensure compliance with real estate legislation, ethical standards, and workplace procedures
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
* Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Property Services, Business, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or similar role
* Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Sound understanding of property sales procedures and market practices
* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
* Ability to work independently and meet business targets
* Knowledge of Australian real estate compliance requirements
