The Operational Services at the Sarina Hospital is seeking applications for a Cook to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
* The Operational Officer (Cook) provides effective and efficient Operational Services whilst always adhering to organisational standards, policies, and procedures.
* Must be able to assist with the supervision and provide direction for food services staff
* The purpose of this position is to provide an effective and efficient catering service through the production of quality food menu items, for a variety of clients and dietary requirements.
* This position has strong emphasis on food safety according to Australian New Zealand Safety Authority (ANFSA) and the Sarina MPHS Food Safety Plan.
About The Team
The Sarina Hospital has brand new (2024) purpose-built hospital with 16 inpatient beds providing general medical acute and sub-acute care and admissions, a 24-hour emergency department, palliative care, pathology collection, radiology services, respite care, rehabilitation care, telehealth services, as well as various clinics and visiting services.
