About the role: Reporting to the State Manager of the Sales team based in Adelaide, South Australia, the focus is on building strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional sales and customer service within a team environment. The role aims to deliver the territory's share of the national sales plan and achieve short- and longer-term objectives. You will understand APG values and our customer service proposition to educate and inform customers and stakeholders of the benefits. Maintain KPI's and focus on continuous improvement. The role supports growth in a dynamic, customer-focused business, with a team of like-minded professionals and a competitive salary with uncapped commission. A fully maintained company vehicle plus fuel card is provided.

To be considered: we are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a positive, ambitious attitude; has exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability; demonstrates the ability to maximise business and customer satisfaction; holds strong values and integrity with a customer-first approach; desires to grow with a growing organisation; has strong organisational skills; has experience using data, tools and technology; and holds a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

* Deliver the territory's share of the national sales plan and achieve short- and longer-term objectives.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional sales and customer service within a team environment.
* Understand and communicate APG values, customer service proposition, and benefits to customers and stakeholders.
* Maintain KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with team members and support a customer-focused sales approach that encourages growth and value creation.
