The Role
As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you will assist in leading and inspiring a team of design consultants while delivering an elevated, design-focused client experience. You will oversee the showroom's commercial performance, uphold premium visual and operational standards, and foster a high-performing, service-driven team culture. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about interiors, client engagement, and showroom excellence.
Skills and Experience
* Leadership experience within luxury or premium retail, interiors, design, or high-end lifestyle sectors
* Strong ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team
* A passion for interior design, styling, and creating exceptional client experiences
* Demonstrated sales capability with confidence working with high-value products and discerning customers
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
