This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team in a trusted and pivotal role that directly supports the Retail CEO and leadership team across a diverse retail group.About the RoleAs the Executive Assistant to the Retail CEO, you will provide daily high-level executive support, ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders.
You will be the central point of communication, diary management, and event coordination, as well as a key driver in maintaining operational efficiency across the executive team.You will also liaise with senior executives, external partners, and other EAs across the group.
Your ability to anticipate needs, handle sensitive information with discretion, and juggle competing priorities will be critical to success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesFull diary and inbox management for the Retail CEOCoordinating meetings and group calendars across executive and leadership teamsTravel management including bookings, itineraries, and accommodationPreparation of reports, agendas, presentations, and board packsPlanning and execution of team events, conferences, and leadership offsitesExpense and budget reconciliation, including AMEX and monthly cost centre reportingLiaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication flowManaging leave forms and plans for direct reportsSupporting with documentation and internal approvalsEnsuring compliance with internal policies and proceduresConfidential handling of sensitive business mattersSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadershipExceptional diary and time management skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and manage competing deadlinesHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilitiesAbility to manage confidential information with integrityDemonstrated experience in event coordination and executive-level supportProactive, solutions-focused, and capable of anticipating executive needsFinancial acumen in budget tracking and reconciliation is highly desirableWhat You'll BringA strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and reliabilityAn approachable and collaborative naturePassion for working in a people-first organisationA positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work at paceAn interest in contributing to a values-driven, inclusive workplaceCulture & ValuesThis organisation is built on values of authenticity, optimism, inclusion, honesty, and passion.
