Responsibilities
* Provide customer service and product information in person and over the phone.
* Prepare and deliver accurate quotes.
* Pick, pack and manage stock control activities.
* Keep the branch tidy, safe and well presented.
* Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
* Continue upskilling through on‐job training.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
* Ability to assist customers both in person and over the phone.
* Competence in picking orders, maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring accurate information.
* Comfortable using a computer and willingness to learn new systems.
* Clean, valid driver's licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
* Desire to develop a career locally or within the broader network.
