About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Field Service Officer to join our Kerikeri team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment for individuals serving community-based sentences, working across a variety of environments including courts, prisons, and residential homes.
Duties
* Installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment
* Responding to equipment faults and alert activations
* Attending callouts across courts, prisons, and residential locations
* Liaising with field support teams to resolve issues quickly
* Providing professional, respectful interactions with clients and stakeholders
* Assisting in other areas of the business when required
What you'll need
* A 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure
* Good level of physical fitness
* Full NZ Driver's Licence
* Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
* A current COA or the ability to obtain one
* NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
