As our Customer Growth and Loyalty Manager, you’ll lead and deliver the strategic direction of our loyalty program, with a strong focus on customer growth, engagement and retention. You’ll bring data-driven thinking, creativity and commercial acumen to ensure our members receive value at every touchpoint while driving business results.
How You Will Spend Your Day
- Leading the growth and optimisation of the Linen Lovers Loyalty program to maximise customer lifetime value
- Using insights and analytics to inform loyalty strategy, segmentation and personalised campaigns
- Driving acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives to strengthen member relationships
- Developing and delivering creative, data-driven campaigns to enhance customer experience
- Collaborating across Marketing, Digital and Retail teams to integrate loyalty into broader strategies
- Managing key partnerships, including the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, to deliver exceptional member value
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on loyalty performance, customer KPIs and program ROI
- Identifying trends and opportunities to evolve the Line Lovers program and ensure continued success
About You
- Proven experience in loyalty program management and customer strategy roles
- Experience leading and developing a small team, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience delivering measurable results across customer acquisition, retention and engagement
- A passion for customer experience and the ability to drive innovative program enhancements
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
