Job Overview:
* Manage and lead high-potential partnerships with marketing agencies, consultants, and systems integrators in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a portfolio of strategic partners and create customized onboarding plans to drive growth and exceed sales goals.
* Establish relationships with executives at partner companies to build trust and position HubSpot as a preferred partner.
* Onboard and train new partners through a mix of one-to-many and one-to-one training sessions and workshops.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance management in the technology industry.
* 1+ years of experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
