We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing and focused Client Services/Technical Support Officer to join our team.
Requirements
* Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
* Strong problem solving and complaint handling skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong customer service and administration experience, preferably in the Telecommunications or IT industries
* Excellent presentation
* Well‑spoken phone and face‑to‑face communication skills
* A mature attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

* A team player with a genuine interest in supporting work colleagues and customers
* Ability to think logically with a can‑do attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
This position is suited to an experienced Customer Service Administrator that can handle a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, busy work environment. This position is at the front line of our businesses; you will be dealing directly with all of our valued customers and suppliers.
If you are excellent at prioritising work, staying calm under pressure, enjoy talking and communicating with people whilst working as part of a team, then this is the role for you.
Roles and Responsibilities
* First point of contact for all client communications, including faults and general enquiries
* Ensuring the overall delivery and quality of the business offerings to customers
* Providing support and assistance to customers via phone, email or face‑to‑face
* Answering incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
* Scheduling technician appointments and communicating bookings with customers and contractors when necessary
* Providing support and assistance with Hosting and Phone System support
* Fault Management – dealing with customers and ensuring all faults and issues are actioned appropriately
* Monitoring and managing several email accounts and internet services
* Monitoring Service Completion Advices
* Processing orders, forms, applications, contracts and requests
* Working with spreadsheets and databases
* Communicating with the Sales team of any changes/updates to their customers
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
* Comprehensive Knowledge of our Products and Services
Hours of Work
The position is Full Time – Monday to Friday.
