The Role
* Permanent Senior Project Coordinator/Engineer with minimum 8 years' experience and proven project management as a Project Engineer in Australia.
* Working on a major Data Centre in Sydney's Huntingwood/Eastern Creek area.
* People management, communication, commercial contracts and project management with top‐flight subcontractors will be fully utilised.
* Structured systems, 100% safety commitment and clear focus on skill development to advance to senior level within 2‐3 years.
We're Seeking
* Proven track record coordinating and project managing civil, structural and fit‐out trades.
* Solid tenure with a reputable NSW company (Tier 1 or 2).
* Experience on complex commercial building projects ($200‐300M+).
* Well‐rounded knowledge of trade coordination.
* Interest in high‐tech data centre sector.
* Ability to manage a range of consultants, subcontractors and staff on design, safety, quality, time and cost matters.
