We are seeking a highly skilled Talent & Culture Manager to join our team.
Job Description
The Talent & Culture Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the Performance Appraisal Program, ensuring all employees comply with hotel policies and government employment regulations. The role involves monitoring the implementation of Talent & Culture policies and procedures, as well as preparing periodic reports to management.
In addition, the Talent & Culture Manager will counsel hotel personnel on career planning, training, development, and employee relations. They will also investigate disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with labor law, hotel rules, and regulations.
Responsibilities
* Review and update Talent & Culture policies and procedures.
* Monitor the administration of the Performance Appraisal Program.
* Ensure all employees comply with hotel policies and government employment regulations.
* Prepare periodic reports to management.
* Counsel hotel personnel on career planning, training, development, and employee relations.
