Retail Assistant
We're seeking a motivated Retail Assistant to support Lifeline Queensland's retail operations. The role offers competitive pay, superannuation, a NFP salary packaging program, and a commission structure for high performers.
Responsibilities
* Ensure product merchandising & store presentation meets high standards
* Complete inventory management and stocktaking
* Assist customers with enquiries and sales to deliver first‐class service
Qualifications
* Passion for retail and a genuine desire to thrive in a fast‐paced, ever‐changing environment
* Strong community orientation and ability to build relationships
* Recognise potential and promote store growth
* Self‐motivated, proactive and initiative‐driven
* Positive attitude, good personal presentation and excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Availability to work weekends and shift work as required
