Senior Engineer - Maintenance Management
This is a senior role that involves driving key asset tactical maintenance programs to shape short- and long-term sustainability and performance of community assets.
The successful candidate will assist in shaping how assets are maintained and managed, improving maintenance management programs, and offering tactical asset management support to improve asset performance and service levels.
* Continuously improve asset management frameworks including tactical programs for asset renewal, maintenance strategy, condition assessments, asset criticality, defect elimination, work management, change management, and planned outages.
* Work closely with technical and operational teams, data systems, and within asset system frameworks to ensure our infrastructure delivers maximum long-term value to the community through obtaining critical asset data and quantifying risk.
This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to optimize maintenance operations, and developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
