Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for customers.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation, including displaying new stock and replenishing stock levels.
* Demonstrate initiative by staying up-to-date on pet care, products, and services.
* Contribute to a fun and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in a pet-related industry.
* A passion for animals and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Physical fitness with the ability to lift products up to 20kgs.
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
