Our Ozcare Community Care branch has both Full-time and Part-time opportunities available for Administration Support Officers based in Hervey Bay.
Monday - Friday: 8am to 5pm (Full-time 76 hours) and Part-time 60 hours.
Your Role
You will be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team that provides professional and efficient support.
Your Tasks
* Management of incoming and outgoing mail
* Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Qualifications
* A professional phone manner
* The willingness to go the extra mile
* Critical thinking and problem‐solving skills
* The ability to work autonomously and ensure your tasks are completed on time

Role Requirements
* Current Police Screening Certificate
* Knowledge in Age Care standards (ideal)
* Current Queensland drivers' licence
* Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
