Key Responsibilities
* Training and Certification:
1. Train new or transferred Rework Grinders through qualification and certification processes.
2. Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee performance.
3. Evaluate employee progress against certification requirements.
4. Provide feedback and support to employees to ensure satisfactory performance.
* Training Program Support:
1. Design and update training modules to meet evolving business needs.
2. Establish and revise evaluation criteria to assess employee competence.
3. Stay current with industry developments and best practices in Rework Grinder techniques.
* Rework Grinder Support and Audits:
1. Maintain accurate records of employee performance and departmental data.
2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards.
3. Support employees in maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements
* Current Rework Grinder Trainer certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and record technical data accurately.
* Good facilitation skills and ability to teach individuals and small groups.
* Satisfactory attendance and safety records.
* Minimum 12 months of experience in a Rework Grinder position within the last three years.
