About you
This role would suit someone who brings:
* Experience or demonstrated capability in policy research, analysis and writing
* Strong written communication skills, including drafting policy submissions, briefs and recommendations
* An understanding of public policy development, consultation and government decision‐making processes
* The ability to synthesise complex information into clear, practical policy insights
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and deadlines
* Confidence working collaboratively with advocacy, government relations, campaign and service teams
* Alignment with Wesley Mission's Christian mission, values and commitment to social justice
