About The Role
The NDIS Plan Management Officer is responsible for supporting participants by effectively managing the financial components of their NDIS plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Process participant invoices accurately and efficiently
* Ensure all invoicing and financial processes comply with NDIS pricing rules and legislative standards
* Ensure compliance with NDIS legislation, Quality and Safeguards requirements and pricing guidelines
* Work directly with providers to resolve billing issues or discrepancies

About You
* High attention to detail
* Ability to liaise, build and maintain rapport with participants, families and carers
* High quality written and verbal communication skills
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence
* Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Cleared National NDIS Worker Screen Check
* Alignment with the core business values of Empowerment, Integrity, and Respect
Desirable
* Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
