Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 2/3 support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment.
* Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint environments.
* Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches.
* Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and projects.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
* Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency
* Proven experience in a Level 2/3 Support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft suite (365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint).
* Experience with networking equipment such as routers and switches (desirable) & Fortinet Firewalls
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Relevant IT certifications are highly desirable.
