Full‐time, permanent role – 4 x 9.5‐hour shifts a week (38 hours).
$34.43 an hour / $68,025.41 a year + super (penalty rates apply).
Location: Fiona Stanley Hospital – Murdoch, Perth.
Required to work shifts to fulfil 24/7 operations with a rotating roster to support work/life balance.

Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and courteously to requests via phone and email.
* Coordinate and monitor service requests to ensure efficient workflows.
* Manage hospital emergencies and escalating issues as needed.
* Record and update data in line with policies and procedures.
* Support work order scheduling and tracking to ensure seamless FM delivery.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Facility Management to provide an exceptional experience.
