A dynamic and ambitious leader is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of the wardrobe department. As a Uniform Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and delivering effective leadership.
* Quality control outsourced dry cleaning services
* Balancing business needs against costs and service quality
* Managing stock, budgets, business expenses, and labor costs
* Uniform needs management, alterations, and repairs
* Adhering to and enforcing standard operating procedures
About You:
* Proven leadership experience paired with strong communication, interpersonal, and business skills
* Proven ability to operate sewing machines, knowledge of textiles and design, including fabrics and garment construction
