Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator
The role of the Senior Operations Coordinator is to provide administrative support to a senior executive within the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient management of time, priorities, and information flow.
This involves managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence with high levels of confidentiality and professionalism, acting as a gatekeeper and time manager to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing monthly reporting, cost centre administration, and internal communications
* Collaborating with the Safe Production Systems team to maintain central routines and calendars
* Streamlining information management across SharePoint and internal platforms
* Raising and tracking service requests, purchase orders, and other administrative processes
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be comfortable using various software applications and technology systems.
