About This Role
You will oversee insurance repair and restoration projects across Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald, Yeppoon and surrounding areas, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
* Managing insurance repair projects from start to finish
* Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
* Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality workmanship
* Maintaining strong communication with clients, insurers, and internal teams
* Managing timelines, budgets, and project updates
* Ensuring WHS compliance across all sites
* Using company systems/software to track jobs, reports, variations, and progress updates
* Supporting and mentoring a small team within the region
Requirements
* Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor within the insurance building/restoration industry
* Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and stakeholder management
* Ability to manage multiple projects across regional locations
* Tech savvy and confident using computers, tablets, and job management systems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Trade background highly regarded
* QBCC licence highly regarded
