Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
* Significant experience in a commercial or finance leadership role
* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
* Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
* High level of commercial acumen and analytical skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skill
* Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
* Experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry environments
* Experience managing contracts and capital projects
