Key Responsibilities

2. Support employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
3. Regularly review advertising campaign results, report on outcomes using metrics, and maintain fair, merit-based recruitment practices.
Requirements
1. A Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience is necessary for success in this role.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently and professionally.
3. The ideal candidate will possess a team player mindset that is proactive, flexible, and able to work collaboratively towards shared goals.
Benefits
1. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $41.08 to $44.46 per hour, plus 12% superannuation.
2. Flexible working arrangements may be considered by mutual agreement and operational requirements.
