Welcome to The Fiddler Hotel, a premier hospitality venue in Sydney and the Home of Celebrations.

We are seeking a Duty Manager to join our operations with previous experience for a mid to large hotel and understanding of relevant liquor and gaming legislation.

Bar and Restaurant Managers looking to step up are encouraged to apply.

Working closely with the General Manager, responsibilities will include:

* Providing high quality customer service to our customers
* Managing the day to day venue operations
* Leading our front of house team during peak trade times including Friday and Saturday nights
* Maintain a safe and comfortable atmosphere in our venue
* Daily cash and gaming reconciliation

You will have:

* Previous experience successfully managing a hospitality venue of a similar size and nature
* Detailed knowledge of Liquor and Gaming legislation
* Passion and drive to exceed customer expectations
* Experience working under pressure in a high pace environment
* Current RSA and RCG certifications and police check
* Flexibility and available to work across 7-days, rotating roster including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
