Project Manager – Clinical Trial Site
Are you an experienced clinical research professional with a strong hospital background looking to step into a pivotal leadership role? We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of clinical trials at our dedicated research site.
About the Role:
As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of clinical trial activities on-site, ensuring trials are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with GCP and ethical guidelines. You’ll work closely with investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of clinical trials from start-up to close-out
- Liaise with sponsors, CROs, ethics committees, and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate internal site resources including study coordinators, nurses, and investigators
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resourcing across multiple concurrent studies
- Ensure compliance with GCP, study protocols, hospital policies, and applicable regulations
- Track trial progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous process improvement
About You:
- Prior experience in clinical research within a hospital, academic, or clinical trial site setting
- Strong understanding of trial operations, GCP, and ethical/regulatory frameworks
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Tertiary qualifications in health sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field
- Project Management certification (desirable but not essential)
