What's the gig?
Part Time/Casual (20–30 hours/week). Join a fun, supportive, and slightly coffee-obsessed crew.
Be the friendly face of the park; greeting guests, answering questions, and keeping things running smoothly at reception.
Manage bookings, emails, phone calls, and the day-to-day flow of arrivals and departures.
You'll be front and centre in shaping our guests' experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills - warm, clear, and unflappable.
* Confidence with computers and booking systems - Newbook experience is a bonus.
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability during school holidays, weekends, and long weekends.
* Reliable, kind, and a great team player.
* Caravan park, tourism, or reception experience (big bonus).
* We employ under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA).
* Onboarding for this role starts at Level 2.
* Not suitable for transit or Working Holiday Visa holders.
