Europcar WA is a professional and successful business that offers employees a challenging and enjoyable working environment. We are currently looking to grow our Fremantle team by employing a friendly customer service and sales focused role.
Position Details
This is a part time position offering 36 hours per fortnight.
Responsibilities
* Complete customer rental agreements and other documentation.
* Handle and reconcile cash transactions.
* Possess intermediate computer knowledge.
* Assist clients with vehicle collection, return and inspection.
* Hold a current 'unrestricted' manual drivers licence.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service.
* Confidence in offering Europcar products and services to clients both face to face and over the phone.
* Well presented and able to think on their feet whilst working in a fast paced team environment.
* Eager to learn and flexible with days and hours including weekend work and early morning starts.
