We have a new opportunity for an experienced Sr. Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team across the Melbourne region. You will thrive on success and winning new business using your sales techniques, networking, and relationship‐building skills. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our Staffing client base in the ACT region. You will bring innovation to the sales process to accelerate our market growth.

Your client portfolio will be unlimited; you can source new business across all Staff Australia business sectors:

Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

Client Engagement

Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‐makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning our services.

Networking and Relationship Building

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish a robust professional network.

What You Bring

* Proven experience in business development within IT technology.
* Staffing experience with agency or IT Consulting experience with any IT system integrator
* Experience in 360 Degree IT recruitment or Account management
* Strong understanding of IT technology solutions and services.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Motivated and positive disposition.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
* Prior experience with IT hiring/consulting of BFSI and Govt. sectors.
* Experience in IT recruitment, account management and especially in contract/permanent hiring.
* Experience of filing RFPs and RFQs for different projects.
