Strategic Growth and Partnerships Lead

In this exciting opportunity, you will oversee the growth plan for a Financial Services Partnerships program. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Myer's Partnerships offerings and customer base.
About the Role
* Manage existing Financial Services Partnerships: Establish, nurture, and grow key partnerships with CBA, Velocity, and AMEX, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance Myer's Partnerships offerings and customer base.
* Negotiate and Execute Partnership Agreements: Manage negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Myer and external partners, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and the successful execution of initiatives.
* Drive Revenue Growth and Performance: Monitor partnership performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to optimise financial outcomes, including driving new business, increasing sales, and improving customer acquisition.
* Market Insights and Strategy Development: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, trends, and areas for innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in Financial Services and/or Relationship management role.
* Project management and cross-functional skills with ability to manage, prioritise, implement and analyse various initiatives in fast-paced environment.
* High level of competence with MS suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Demonstrated experience in creating, disseminating and presenting key business insights and/or strategy initiatives clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, including senior management.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for process and customer journey design based on data and customer insights.
* Strong financial acumen with ability to build and communicate financial business cases to support initiatives.
* Relentless customer-first mentality – viewing all content, communications, and strategies through a customer lens is critical.
* Ability to influence with authority and manage senior stakeholders to drive change and bring multiple partners and stakeholders to a unified consensus.
* Demonstrated ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence in a white-space environment.
