Machine Operator 1st Shift

Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: 16.00-19.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
* Program and operate industrial machinery such as laser machines, press brakes, structural steel rolling machines, and CNC milling equipment
* Read and interpret blueprints to correctly program machines
* Load materials, operate machinery, and retrieve finished parts
* Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintain productivity while ensuring safety and accuracy
* Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
* Experience operating industrial machinery (CNC, laser, press brake, etc.)
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Commitment to workplace safety
* Willingness to work overtime as needed
