Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Bridgestone Select Port Adelaide store. This is a hands‐on leadership role with full responsibility for customer experience, team performance, and day‐to‐day operations. You'll lead from the front—building strong customer relationships, guiding and developing your team, and ensuring the store operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone
Provide expert advice on tyres and automotive services
Prepare and present accurate quotes and invoices
Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Store Operations & Leadership
Oversee daily store and workshop operations
Manage scheduling, workflow, and job prioritisation
Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering
Train, mentor, and support team members
Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, and safety standards
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in automotive retail or service management (highly desirable)
Proven leadership and organisational skills
Strong communication and customer‐focused mindset
Confident with POS systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
