Experienced Property Lawyer (3+ Years PAE). Our client was founded in 2024 with "just a laptop and a vision." They have quickly grown into a thriving and respected Sunshine Coast firm with a strong reputation across property law, conveyancing, wills and estates, and planning and environment law. We are now looking for an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PAE to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded, solutions-focused lawyer who genuinely enjoys property law and client interaction.
Responsibilities
* Residential conveyancing
* Commercial conveyancing
* Leasing matters
* Independent legal advices
* Titles Office lodgements
* Property transfers and related transactions
* General property law matters
You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative team in a fast-paced but highly supportive environment.
About You
* Has a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in property law
* Has strong experience in Queensland conveyancing and property transactions
* Is confident managing files autonomously from start to finish
* Has excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Communicates clearly and compassionately with clients
* Enjoys mentoring and collaborating with junior team members
* Thrives in a modern, team-oriented culture
* Values practical problem solving over ego
Experience with LEAP and PEXA is highly regarded.
