Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Wagin branch, you will be at the heart of our operations—supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across a busy and dynamic environment.
We are currently recruiting for both a permanent Full‐time position, as well as a Part‐time Fixed‐Term contract. Feel free to apply if either of these are appealing to you.
The Part‐Time Fixed‐Term position will be 22 hours per week, concluding in December 2027, with flexibility available to choose the three core working days.
What you will be doing:
* Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
* Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on‐time delivery to customers
* Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
* Assist with storeperson duties as required, including picking/packing orders and loading/unloading trucks
* General administration duties

What you will bring:
* Experience in customer service and or sales administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
* Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
