This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at TOTALFLEX TAS' as a full-time
Internal Sales/Warehouse
professional based in Launceston, Tasmania. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the company's warehouse and logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
Handling incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and in-person
Assisting with the processing and fulfilment of customer orders
Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
Coordinating the receipt, storage and distribution of goods
Promoting the company's products and services to customers
Adhering to all relevant health, safety and quality standards
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a retail or warehouse environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using computer system
A team-oriented approach and a positive, can-do attitude
