Senior Java Developer Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Java Developer Leader to drive the development of our software solutions.
This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining and delivering technical solutions, and collaborating with engineering teams to foster commercial awareness and inspire innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems.
* Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring it meets the required standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with engineers to identify and address technical issues, implement solutions, and optimize system performance.
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project plans, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Contribute to shaping the technology roadmap and influencing future technical direction.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in Java programming, including latest versions.
* Proficiency in popular web frameworks like Spring or Micronaut.
* Strong understanding of architectural styles and API protocols.
* Expertise in using build tools, monitoring & observability tools, and cloud technologies.
* Agile framework knowledge and experience.
* Fluency in English.
