We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager – Northwest, to lead our Port Hedland operations and drive performance excellence across the region. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing safety, service delivery, operational performance, quality, customer relationships, and team development while positioning the business for continued growth and operational success.

About the role
Based in Port Hedland, this role is responsible for leading and managing Northwest Operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes across Service & Repairs and operational functions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and promoting a strong safety culture
* Overseeing operational performance, workflow, quality, and resource utilisation
* Managing budgets, reporting, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams across trades and operational functions
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, legislation, and industry standards
* Managing customer relationships, service delivery, and operational capability growth
* Supporting strategic business development and identifying opportunities to expand services and market reach
* Driving efficiency improvements, problem-solving, and operational excellence across the region
About you
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong operational leadership experience within heavy industry, transport, manufacturing, or service & repairs environments.
You will also bring:
* Trade qualification in Fabrication, Mechanical, Vehicle Body Building, Spray Painting, Engineering, or related discipline
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing operational or workshop teams
* Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational management principles
* Experience managing budgets, reporting, scheduling, and resource planning
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive and hands‑on leadership style with the ability to build strong teams and drive accountability
* Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
* Experience within trucks, trailers, heavy transport, or heavy industry
* Heavy Vehicle Driver’s Licence (MC)
* Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Business, Leadership, Engineering, or Management
* Statutory Supervisor Certificate, WHS qualifications, or Reliability Engineering knowledge
