Employee Relations Champion
Key responsibilities include driving strategic HR initiatives, championing employee relations in the aged care sector and empowering leaders through coaching and performance support.
* Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement practical HR solutions across aged care services, focusing on employee relations, compliance and workforce planning.
* Ensure fairness, compliance and alignment with policies across all organizational actions. The Business Partner will contribute to employee relations, workplace planning strategies and HR policies and initiatives.
This position supports employees by implementing HR systems and solutions to enhance employee experience.
