The Opportunity
A respected builder specialising in high‑end custom homes is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering a competitive package, a fully maintained vehicle, and the chance to work on stunning projects valued between $1M–$5M.
You’ll oversee all aspects of site management, from coordinating trades and programming schedules to maintaining client relationships and ensuring exceptional quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced workplace and takes pride in delivering luxury homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day‑to‑day site operations and subcontractor coordination.
- Programming and scheduling jobs to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Liaising with clients, architects, and designers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintaining OH&S; compliance and a clean, safe site.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on luxury custom homes.
- Strong knowledge of Perth building codes and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit key milestones.
- Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
- Construction qualifications or trade background highly regarded.
