This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a company who has a collaborative and inclusive culture The Role Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for Australia and New Zealand. Prepare and manage statutory financial statements, ensuring timely completion of external audits. Ensure balance sheet integrity, maintain the fixed asset register, and oversee IFRS 16 lease accounting. Manage and mentor two direct reports (Financial Accountant and Finance Analyst). Review and approve reconciliations, accruals, journals, and P&L allocations. Oversee the general ledger, drive process improvements, and support system enhancement projects. Collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, auditors, and other key stakeholders. Foster accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across all accounting operations.
